Returns

Returns or replacement requests are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Important – Unboxing Video Required

To process any claim for a damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective item, you must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the sealed parcel.

The video should:

  • Clearly show the parcel before opening.
  • Show the shipping label.
  • Show the package being opened from the beginning.
  • Clearly display the contents of the parcel.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Requirements

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the product (if applicable).
  • The complete unboxing video.

Products must remain unopened and in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Claims made without a complete unboxing video.
  • Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • Products that have been opened or used (unless they arrived damaged or you received the wrong item)
